New to Advintage HQ, Plus and Minus is a range of wines that are rich in antioxidants and free of alcohol. They take high-quality South Australian fruit and create alcohol-free wine with the addition of GSE (Grape Skin Extract) to add extra nutrients. The result is a wine with a 'plus for antioxidants and a minus for alcohol'.
Their Pinot Grigio is fresh and vibrant with flavours in the pear and citrus spectrum. Fruit sweetness is well balanced by crisp acidity. An excellent alcohol free choice - best enjoyed in the sun with a deli platter!
The winery writes "On the nose it’s varietal and has aromas of pear, apple and citrus with a slight hint of floral characters. The palate is a burst of citrus underpinned by balanced sweetness and acidity. Try it chilled with a soft cheese platter."
