1. You just don't like it!
If you buy wine from us and find it is not to your taste, let us know. We will collect any unopened bottles at our expense and replace them or give you your money back.
2. Wine faults.
If you buy wine from us and it is corked or faulty in any way we will replace the offending bottle(s) or give you your money back.
3. Delivery damage.
If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you or give you your money back. (Please report damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery).
4. Packing errors.
If there has been a packing error with your order, we will collect the incorrect bottles at our expense and we will put it right for you. (Please note we need you to report packing errors within 48 hours of delivery).
