New to Advintage HQ, Plus and Minus is a range of wines that are rich in antioxidants and free of alcohol. They take high-quality South Australian fruit and create alcohol-free wine with the addition of GSE (Grape Skin Extract) to add extra nutrients. The result is a wine with a 'plus for antioxidants and a minus for alcohol'.
Made by Corey Ryan, the winemaker behind a large number of our favourite Aussie reds, this shows classic shiraz characters of dark berries with hints of vanilla and spicy oak. Gentle tannins add interest to the palate. A superb choice if you're after a glass of red but don't want the alcohol.
The winery writes "Classic Shiraz aromas highlighted by by dark berries, hints of chocolate and vanilla with hints of oak. The palate delivers vibrant dark fruits, a touch of sweetness to fill out the mid-palate and a thin weave of tannins before ending with medium concentration. Pair it with a lasagne."
