Theory and Practice Chardonnay 2022 - Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "Wonderfully ripe and complex, the wine shows grilled peach, vanilla, roasted hazelnut and brioche characters on the nose. The palate is equally satisfying with excellent weight and creamy mouthfeel, splendidly framed by juicy acidity, finishing delicious and lingering."
Theory and Practice Syrah 2021 - Sam Kim writes "Sweetly fruited and fragrant, the wine shows dark plum, thyme, cedar and warm spice aromas on the nose. The palate displays succulent fruit flavours with supple texture and fine-grained tannins, finishing lingering and attractively dry. Beautifully composed and elegantly expressed, offering delightful drinking. At its best: now to 2029."
Cognoscente Montepulciano 2021 - Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "It's beautifully ripe and inviting on the nose with Black Doris plum, wild strawberry, mixed spice and toasted almond notes, leading to a juicy palate that's silky and flowing to an elegantly dry finish. At its best: now to 2027."
