This 2015 Estate Pinot from the legends at Terra Sancta is a total charmer – classic Bannockburn silkiness with just the right balance of elegance and flavour. It opens with a fragrant, lifted nose full of herbal and floral notes, then rolls into a juicy palate packed with cherry, raspberry, and a touch of licorice.
