Crisp and dry with delicious hints of strawberry and citrus with some brioche complexity on the back palate, this is everything you can ask for in a glass of New Zealand sparkling wine. Crisp, taut and dry with a fine mousse and a backbone of acidity. Fruit flavours are persistent, with the floral notes wrapping around the fruit perfectly. Well made, dry and refreshing with a light saline quality."
