New to Advintage HQ, Plus and Minus is a range of wines that are rich in antioxidants and free of alcohol. They take high-quality South Australian fruit and create alcohol-free wine with the addition of GSE (Grape Skin Extract) to add extra nutrients. The result is a wine with a 'plus for antioxidants and a minus for alcohol'.
Vinted by Corey Ryan, one of Australia's top winemakers, this is bright, vibrant blanc de blanc with fruit sweetness delicately balanced by a fine acid line. Grab a bottle of this the next time you want something with bubbles but don't fancy the alcohol.
The winery writes "A vibrant nose of citrus and apple with a sweet fruit lift. Nicely bubbly on the palate with an effervescent drive providing a good mouthfeel. A celebration style with nicely weighted sweet fruit and a cleansing acid finish. Chill well prior to serving."
