The Pask Declaration series always sets the bar high and this 2016 Gimblett Gravels Cabernet Merlot continues a run of excellent releases.
Made from 60% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot and 10% malbec and aged in French oak, it's powerful, elegant and well balanced.
