Cameron Douglas MS writes "A big bouquet filled with scents of smoke and oak, baked peach and apple, then Brazil-nut butter and baking spices. Equally big and proud on the palate, full-bodied and dry, textures from tannins and acidity frame the core fruit flavours of yellow fleshed stone fruits then apple and nut, especially Brazil. Acidity and tannin textures sit nicely with the fruit and with a lengthy finish this wine is ready to smash. It’s delicious and a decent mouthful, well done the Pask team. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029."
