Spanish Tempranillo is such a user friendly wine style and this well priced release from Maravedi does nothing but enhance that reputation. Softly fruited in the red berry flavour spectrum, the palate is full bodied and plush until some savoury syrah in the blend kicks in and adds a serious note and a refreshing drier finish. The overall result is just so pleasing and immediately attractive. 

How wine as good as this can be shipped around the world and land here in New Zealand at this price is anyone's guess. Climb in.
