Crafted from handpicked single vineyard fruit, this second release is loaded with all the hallmarks of serious Chardonnay. Wild fermented, 100% malolactic fermentation, individually numbered bottles, and striking modern labels that stand out as much as the wine inside. Rich, layered and beautifully textured, it already drinks incredibly well as a young wine, but there’s no doubt it will reward patience and evolve brilliantly with age.
This is a seriously standout chardonnay with all the bells and whistles, produced in very limited quantities. This comes with our very highest recommendation.

Aromas and flavours pink apple and grapefruit, white fleshed pomaceous fruits with a distinctive leesy complexity and flinty core then layers of complexity from older barrel and perhaps a small % of new. There’s a gentle creaminess and urgency from acidity and youthful appeal with pure fruit flavours. Lengthy and complex, balanced and well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2031+."
