A classic example of bone dry Chilean Muscat. Aromatic and fresh and with flavours in the 'grapey' Muscat spectrum, the palate opens with refreshing lychee and sweet orange flavours. It is quite tannic and grippy but finishes clean with underlying floral and lasting apricot fruit.
Do not over chill. Best served with shell fish or a full flavouredpoultry dish.
The winery writes "This Muscat displays an attractive, golden, amber color. Aromatics of lychee and white flower blossom are complemented with notes of jasmine and orange peel. Palate is dry with fresh acidity joined by an intense fruit core and an attractive tannic grip. Has depth and a long lingering finish. Will improve with further aging for 8-10 years."
