This wild and musky red is a delicious and surprising find from Chile. It is made from the Cinsault grape, which is typically found in southern France. The wine was fermented and aged in terracotta clay amphorae (also known as tinajas) and bottled unfiltered. Enjoy lightly chilled with smoked meats and pâté.
Luis Gutiérrez, Wine Advocate writes "The nose is incredibly clean and focused, fresh and with a mixture of wild berries and herbs, flowers too. The palate is light and fresh, with unnoticeable tannins but with the textured mouthfeel provided by the granite with great grip. This is the best version of this wine since the initial 2011 vintage."
