Chateau Garage are absolutely making waves right now, and this small-batch release from the famed Lyons Vineyard shows exactly why. Crafted by Ollie Powrie in true garage-winemaker fashion, it’s a powerhouse of flavour and texture - a chardonnay that hits that perfect line between precision and indulgence.
Expect a nose of ripe stonefruit, citrus curd, and roasted hazelnut, with smoky oak and flinty minerality weaving through. The palate is deep, creamy, and beautifully concentrated, driven by bright Hawke’s Bay acidity and a long, layered finish.
