The winery writes "The colour is light and clear with amber highlights and a smattering of fine bubbles. Fruity notes of William pear, apple and citrus fruits compliment the aromas of freshly baked pastries. Bouquets of ripe orchard fruit, tangerine, lemon and grapefruit freshen the palate delivering a fresh sensation. Notes of brioche and dried fruit add a touch of maturity."
Cuisine Magazine writes "Pleasant citrus savouriness on the nose intertwined with nutty-biscuit toffee autolysis leads into a long, chewy palate. The mousse is bright and serves to keep the secondary notes in check while elevating the fresh, zesty citrus lime elements present in the wine."
