This is fine Champagne by any standards. Look for lovely palate weight with fresh bread characters, zingy citrus highlights, some creamy influence and wonderful flavour persistence.

A rush of mousse as the wine touches the palate adding a crisp and vibrant texture. Flavours of stone fruit and citrus and a fine lees complexity. Balanced and well made in a just dry, brut style."
