Crafted entirely from 100% merlot grapes, this first release combines soft acidity with a rush of fierce effervescence, creating a sparkling style that’s as fun and exciting as it is dangerously drinkable. Shimmering a brilliant pale pink in the bottle, it pours with a persistent fine bead that sets the stage for a lively and elegant experience. The nose is lifted with aromas of rockmelon and freshly picked strawberries, leading into a palate of juicy pomegranate and raspberry flavours.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "Exotic hues of salmon and apricot lead to a bouquet of ripe peach and red apple, a fine layer of strawberry and raspberry, some rose and tropical fruit tea suggestions. Crisp, effervescent, fruity and dry as the wone touches the palate. The mousse has a seamless link to the fruit and acidity making it flow nicely across the palate. Balanced, well made and ready for Summer 2025+."
