Y Series Cabernet Sauvignon always shows true flavours of cabernet sauvignon and the 2021 does not disappoint. Blackcurrants and blueberries are the primary fruits; the palate has mouth coating tannins that are perceptible yet not dominating. The line and length of this wine is generous yet shows true cabernet style of structure and control.
