Wild Earth are a boutique central Otago producer that have carved a name for themselves with their exceptional pinot noir and their supercool cellar door that attracts tourists from far and wide. There's no doubt that there is something special going on in every glass of Wild Earth wine.
Vinted from fruit from a number of vineyards throughout the region and with a portion fermented in oak, this is fresh, vibrant wine with a delicious creamy texture from the time spent in oak. You'll find pear, apple and citrus flavours on the palate and a fresh, zingy finish leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommended.

The winery writes "This Pinot Gris is relatively dry and sublimely textured with nashi pear, bush honey, lime, and rock melon aromas on the nose. There is an opulent elegance that persists long on the palate married with beautiful stone fruit flavours and a touch of spice. Made with food pairing in mind, this Pinot Gris is deceptively complex and a good candidate for cellaring for up to 10+ years."
