Valli Vineyard Zeffer Bendigo Pinot Noir 2021

This intensely fragrant and highly structured Pinot Noir showcases the natural generosity of Valli's Bendigo site. Whilst drinking beautifully now, this powerful wine has the potential to cellar well for up to twenty years from vintage. 

Perfect for the dog lovers amongst us, the 2021 also features the lovely Zeffer on the label, a highly trained Avalanche Search Dog. The wine was created to celebrate all the good work that Zeffer did in his lifetime and ten percent of the proceeds from this wine will be donated to K9MD, an Otago charity that trains dogs for the early detection of cancer. You'd be barking mad not to pick up a bottle for the cellar.
