Ukiyo Blossom Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shochu spirit which is then re-distilled with juniper, regional citrus, cherry blossom and native botanicals. The delicate blossom aromas in this elegant gin emulate those found in the mountains and coastlines in Kagoshima. Truly delightful.
