The winery writes "Savoury with fresh sea breeze aromas of rock salt and pink peppercorns, overlaying nuances of watermelon, nectarine and botanical notes of Jasmine. This elegant rosé is perfectly poised with a gravelly texture, delivering a thirst quenching, generous and dry finish."

Crisp, refreshing, salivating and dry on the palate with fruit flavours that reflect the nose, plenty of acidity and mouthwatering flavours, a light salty texture and balanced even finish. What’s not to like! Best drinking upon purchase and through end of summer 2023."
