A superb regional expression of dry Waipara Riesling from the talented BoneLine crew. Fresh and zingy, this wine shows enough fruit weight to keep it from being too austere and challenging and, as a young wine, it is a lovely aperitif style. Cellar time will see those limey / mineral notes and fresh acidity soften with some honeyed complexity entering the conversation.
