The winery writes "Dry style – crafted with purpose from Pinot Noir and Syrah grapes. A short time on skins draws out colour and character, creating a Rosé that’s fresh, vibrant, and quietly complex. It offers notes of ripe berries, a creamy texture and subtle spice."
Candice Chow writes "Bright, even, medium berry pink with a burnt orange hue. The nose is full, packed with fragrant aromas of raspberry, rose, marinated cherry and black pepper. Medium-full bodied, dry-ish to taste, aromas of raspberry and marinated cherry melded with rose and black pepper. Zingy acidity carries bright fruit and flows effortlessly along a fine-textured mouthfeel. A fresh, juicy Rosé with rich fragrance and substance. Match with beef salad and tuna tartare over the next 2-3 years."
Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "Beautifully ripe and inviting, the bouquet shows red cherry, Gala apple, subtle spice and rich floral aromas. The palate delivers excellent weight and supple mouthfeel, splendidly supported by vibrant acidity, finishing long and satisfying. Certified organic. At its best: now to 2027."
