On the palate, it’s fresh, zesty, and full of energy, with lemon zest, juicy fruit, and a clean, saline finish that keeps you coming back for more. If you’re new to Pecorino, this is a great place to start. If you already love it, you’ll appreciate just how well this one’s done.

The distributor writes "The wine has a bright yellow colour with greenish tinges. Fruity aroma with citrus, tropical nuances, white peach and exotic fruits like papaya. It has a lingering and very fresh taste with a slightly balsamic finish. Medium acidity and good structure. It can be successfully matched with fish entrées, savoured raw fish, shell fish, all fish dishes."
