FIVE STARS 95/100 | Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews
94/100 'Excellent' | Cameron Douglas MS
Situated on Felton Road, Te Kano is a Central Otago producer with a fast-growing following. Now entering its ideal drinking window, this excellent 2020 pinot noir shows good sub-regional generosity, on a supple palate complexed with subtle herbal / thyme notes.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "Red and ruby hues lead to a bouquet of complexity and layered bottle developments. Scents of fresh cherry and savoury hillside wild spice, raspberry - fresh and dried, plum and smoky barrel spice. Dry, taut, youthful, tasty and textured with flavours wild red berries and thyme, a lick of bacon oak and baking spices, wood smoke and earth. An abundance of fine to moderate tannins, medium+ acid line and lengthy finish."
