Cameron Douglas MS writes "Vibrant, ripe, varietal, fragrant and fruity bouquet with aromas of spiced plums and red cherry, silty schistous soil core and a dried herb savoury complexity. Delicious on the palate with flavours that reflect the bouquet, there’s firm savoury layer enhancing the mouthfeel driven by chalky tannins and acidity."
Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "Seductively complex, the wine shows dark cherry, smoked game, warm mushroom and cedar characters with a hint of dried herb nuance. The palate delivers excellent weight and concentration, combined with silky flow and refined texture, finishing superbly long and satisfying."
The winery writes "A supple and complex Pinot Noir with aromas of mocha and bright berry fruits. Generous ripe plum, red berry and cherry flavours, combined with dark savoury notes of dried herb and spice, create a wine that is both expressive and elegant."
