Jardin des Charmes Syrah Merlot 2023 - The winery writes "Jammy red fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, dominate the nose and are found on the palate. The roundness of this bi-varietal wine reveals licorice notes. This delectable wine shows a subtle exoticism with coconut and chocolate aromas."
Domaine Eyverine Cairanne Cru Cotes du Rhone 2022 - On the palate, it is full-bodied yet refined, offering layers of dark fruit, spice, and supple tannins. A vibrant freshness runs through, balancing the wine’s richness and giving definition to its long, harmonious finish.
Terroir la Baume St Paul Minervois 2021 - The winery writes "Displaying a deep colour with purple-blue reflections, this Minervois offers an intense nose of red fruits, violet and spices aromas combined with slight woody notes. Silky and full-bodied on the palate, this red wine reveals soft tannins followed by a long finish. Enjoy alongside meat dishes cooked in sauce, games or strong cheeses."
Symbiose Fitou Syrah Grenache 2021 - Symbiose Fitou opens with an inviting bouquet of ripe red and black fruits - blackberries, dark cherries and a lift of raspberry brightness. On the palate it’s immediately juicy and generous, with grenache bringing lush, sweet-fruited charm and syrah adding a darker line of spice, pepper and subtle savoury notes.
Chateau de Fournas Corbieres 2018 - A classic Corbières blend of grenache, syrah and carignan, crafted with no added sulphites, this is an expressive and authentic southern French red that showcases both power and drinkability. The palate is juicy and generous, delivering lush black fruit wrapped in savoury spice and subtle earthy undertones. Supple tannins provide structure without heaviness, while a fresh lift on the finish keeps everything balanced and inviting.
Chateau Boutignane Corbiere 2022 - The winery writes "Expressive and aromatic with red fruit notes. After aeration, the nose reveals hints of licorice. Well balanced, characterized by beautiful tannins and great length on the palate with great intensity."
