An exciting new rosé release from Squawking Magpie, Daisy is as charming as the story behind it, named after winemaker Gavin Yortt’s granddaughter. This beautifully crafted wine captures the essence of summer in a glass, with a fresh, light, and delicately floral profile that immediately draws you in.
On the palate, Daisy truly shines. There’s a lovely textural richness that gives the wine presence, perfectly balanced by vibrant acidity. Layers of juicy summer fruits unfold - ripe strawberries, watermelon, and a hint of stone fruit, delivering a bright, refreshing finish that lingers just long enough to invite another sip.

Stephen Wong MW writes "Pale pink. A dry and savoury rosé with dried Italian herbs and light, crushed blackberry flavours. The palate is complex, spanning savoury broth, seed spice and cigar-box flavours before tapering down to the bone-dry and quite grainy finish with notes of dried tangerine peel and a slightly rustic edge. Although light-bodied, it has the structure to support a year or two of bottle development if desired."
