Tasting Notes

The 2020 vintage is Clare Valley Sangiovese and Shiraz co-fermented for about ten days on skins and pressed to stainless steel. This interesting wine has a brick colour with a purple rim, this red blend has ripe stone fruit flavors– like cherry and plum – intermixing with herbaceous undertones from the Sangiovese.
