Awarded DOCG status (the highest quality level) in 2014, Nizza DOCG is a premium subregion within the Barbera d'Asti DOCG region in Piedmont, Northwest Italy. Produced from the Noceto single vineyard plot, this showstopping red has seen every attention in the vineyard and winery.
Beautifully layered and refined, this is seriously sophisticated Barbera. With perfumed aromas of cherry, olive and cedar, and classic chalky tannins, this wine is drinking excellently now but has a solid cellar life ahead of it.
