The winery writes "Floral citrus characters with a hint of stonefruit. Nicely textured mid palate with up front fruit and a clean, lingering finish. Excellent aperitif or seafood wine that drinks well young but will happily cellar for 5 years or more."

Dry on the palate with flavours of apple flesh and lees-baked-goods suggestions. A satin texture, medium+ acid line and even finish. Overall good with best drinking from 2024 through 2026."
