Having undergone partial malolactic fermentation with only subtle adjustments to the wine, this single vineyard chardonnay shows creamy butterscotch characters with immense complexity and a bright, approachable colour. While this is perfect to drink now, this wine can easily cellar for up to five years down the road.
The winery writes "This brightly coloured wine has nuances of citrus, ripe peach and melon, with hints of butterscotch and oak. The lees contact and partial malolactic fermentation have added fullness and texture to this approachable and food friendly wine."
