Nowhere Bourbon 700ml

Nowhere Bourbon is a transpacific whiskey with a story as bold as its flavour. It starts life in southern Indiana, where it’s aged in new, charred American oak to build classic bourbon character rich caramel, vanilla and warming spice. But this bourbon was never meant to stay put. It then travels halfway around the world to our very own Hawke’s Bay, where it’s finished in hand selected Pinot Noir barrels, adding a distinctly Kiwi twist.

That Pinot Noir finish brings a whole new layer to the experience, folding dark berry fruit, gentle tannin and soft spice into the bourbon’s natural sweetness. The result is smooth, rounded and quietly complex, balancing American tradition with New Zealand influence. It’s a bourbon that feels familiar yet different, made for sipping neat, over a big cube, or showing off in a spirit forward cocktail.
