Look for plush layers of dark cabernet fruits with underlying leather / dried herb complexity in the classic Coonawarra style. The wine finishes dry, with creamy acidity and gentle tannins leading to a long, rewarding finish. With two gold medals under its belt, this wine could easily command twice our $18.99 asking price.
