Tasting Notes
The winery writes "Deep-red with garnet and ruby hues. Ripe cherry and plum characters are supported by hints of savoury spice and dried herb. Approachable with soft tannins and intense fruit flavour. Silky texture and great length. Great as an aperitif or with savoury tomato or mushroom based dishes, salmon, red meat or pasta."
