90 POINTS | Bob Campbell MW, The Real Review
Deliciously off dry Pinot Gris from a much loved Central Otago producer. Tangy and with some classic pear flavours, this consistent award winner is always on the money and the 2022 is another standout. A real bargain by Central Otago standards.
The winery writes "Roaring Meg Pinot Gris 2022 features ripe stone fruit and citrus blossom on the nose with hints of spice, pear and iced peach tea. The palate echoes the nose with orange and tangerine citrus, yellow peach and ginger. A succulent mid palate flows through to a soft acidity, plenty of bright fruit sweetness and a faint textural finish."
