Bottled only in vintages of outstanding quality, this limited-edition wine showcases the richness and structure of Hawke’s Bay fruit at its most powerful.

On the nose, it’s all dark plum, cassis and fresh liquorice, wrapped in layers of warming spice. The palate is bold, concentrated and velvety, with finely integrated tannins and a lingering, plush finish. Every element — from fruit to oak to structure — has been given time to marry and evolve, resulting in a fortified wine of serious finesse and intensity.
