GOLD MEDAL | Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge
FIVE STARS 93/100 | Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
New to Advintage, the La Belle Angèle range is inspired by the early 20th century - the 'roaring 20's'. La Belle Angèle was a carefree and frivolous character of the 20's and these wines are possess the same values as her - elegance and all the charm. The chic art-deco-esque labels are the icing on the cake.
The 2021 rosé perfectly balances floral and fruity notes and it's a great entry level, dry style rose hailing from the Languedoc region in southern France. Match with a fresh salad or Asian cuisine for a match made in heaven.

Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "Elegant and delicately expressed, the bouquet shows ripe strawberry, apricot, lemon peel and subtle savoury notes, leading to a finely textured palate displaying juicy fruit flavours with vibrant acidity, finishing crisp-dry and lingering."
