The winery writes "The Johanneshof Pinot Gris appeals with its lovely pearl appearance. Released in September 2025 it is a delicate wine with a mineral bouquet, white flowers and honeysuckle with subtle pineapple to follow. Dry to off-dry in style, this beautifully balanced Pinot Gris displays stone fruit, guava and chamomile characters with a soft acidity. Crisp with tones of white peach on the palate, it is a stunning wine with a luscious, silky smooth finish."
