Huia are a boutique Marlborough producer with a focus on creating organic, biodynamic wines and taking a natural approach to winemaking.

This 2022 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is something special. Those classic Marlborough characters of bright tropical fruits and passionfruit are still there in force but 45% of the juice was fermented and matured in French oak which has added stunning texture and complexity. Pair this with whitebait fritters and watch the magic unfold.
