Hastings Distillers is New Zealand’s first producer of 100% certified organic artisan spirits and liqueurs. They've combined decades long backgrounds in winemaking and a passion for botanicals and spirits to produce some of the best quality gins and liqueurs in our beautiful country.
This is a bold and aromatic Gin containing 10 Organic botanicals, 9 of which are from Hawkes Bay. The gin is batch distilled in their 150L Arnold Holstein still and then cut to strength with Kaweka spring water.
Dish Tasting Panel writes: Our judges were wowed by this gin’s highly elevated floral tones. It boasts a beautiful, sweet, generous juniper and citrus complexity in the mid-palate that just keeps building. Cameron loved the lift of classic juniper and mandarin, while Tash was taken by its lemony layers. “It shows electric energy, freshness and persistence of flavour. An absolute joy to drink,” said Yvonne.
