The 2020 Kotare is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (20% skins, 80% whole bunch fermented), whole bunch Gewurztraminer and whole bunch pressed Pinot Noir. This is a vibrant natural expression of lo fi winemaking that matches the exuberant flavours of sauvignon blanc with the tangy green structure of whole bunch fermented grapes. A vein of fresh acidity keeps everything in check and leaves the mouth refreshed and ready for more.
This is a natural wine - don't be worried if there is a bit of sediment at the bottom or if it's bit cloudy, that's how it's supposed to be!
