FIVE STARS 94/100 | Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
FIVE STARS | Candice Chow for Raymond Chan Wine Reviews
4.5 STARS | Michael Cooper
This is a truly unique sauvignon from the Greystone team. Organic Waipara fruit was aged in French barriques with wild yeast and the result is a complex, textural wine with a rich palate and underlying freshness. Absolutely stunning.

The winery writes "Ripe peach, apricot and nectarine flesh aromas with delicate floral highlights. Palate is generous with luscious fruits, creamy texture and a defined finish. Well-rounded, structured and unique style."
Sam Kim writes "A gorgeously complex style; the fragrant bouquet shows golden apple, fig, green tea and subtle flinty characters. The palate delivers excellent weight and concentration, superbly enhanced by textural mouthfeel and bright acidity, leading to a lengthy engaging finish."
