GOLD MEDAL | International Wine and Spirits Competition
FOUR STARS 17.5/20 | Raymond Chan
Beautifully presented. Gloriously drinkable. This French Methode is delightfully fresh and well balanced with lots of apple and stone fruit characters. It has become a huge seller both here in NZ and across the ditch in Australia and boasts that it is the #1 selling French Methode in the Australasian market. It hasn't got there by accident. Truly exceptional value.
Michael Cooper writes "This vivacious bubbly, from a long-established Loire Valley producer, is made by the classic methode traditionnelle technique. Light lemon/green, with an eruption of small bubbles, it is fresh and lively, with good delicacy and depth. Very easy to enjoy, it offers plenty of citrusy, appley, slightly yeasty and toasty flavour and an appetisingly crisp finish"
