This is elegantly expressed Wairarapa Pinot Gris with Gladstone's trademark textural mouthfeel and flavours of tangy stonefruits and ripe citrus. The 2021 is dry but maintains a fleshy palate with good fruit weight and a lick of fresh acidity on the finish. This quality wine is in fine form now but will continue to blossom over the coming 3+ years.
