Gin Mare is one of those gins where you can judge a book by its cover because it tastes as amazing as it looks. Distilled in a beautiful 19th Century chapel on the outskirts of Barcelona, Gin Mare (Pronounced Mar - Ray) channels the Mediterranean with its botanical bouquet including rosemary, thyme, olive and basil. This all combines to deliver a savoury and unusual experience, but still perfectly balanced.

Tasting Notes
The nose is distinctly herbaceous, with resinous juniper and thyme dominating. Olives are also apparent. To taste, more juniper with a burst of basil, rosemary and thyme emerge as well as coriander.
