Founder Mike Collings has forty years experience in the whisky world and has worked on big names such as Johnnie Walker. But now he's done with being sensible and now devotes his time to making these exciting new creations.
The Firkin Islay Limited Edition combines the peaty smokiness of Caol Ila 2008 with the Muscat grape sweetness of Marsala by fusing the flavours together in their custom cask. Bellissima!

Tasting Notes
Call the fire brigade! Big burning embers, smoky bonfire and a tad of oak with peppery lively spirit. Dig a little deeper for the malt and creamy oak middle holding it all together. So chewy and smoky.
