The distillery writes "Three years of recipe development have taken us on our own journey to create this audacious gin. With complex spice and earthy notes, lifted citrus and lavender brighten the palate, which is rounded out by a touch of umami. Each run is batch distilled after the junipers have gone through a 24 hour activated maceration. We bottle at 48% abv to further enhance the experience. "
