Tucked away on the southern edge of the historic village of Chablis, Domaine Denis Race is a family-run estate shaped by four generations of dedication and craftsmanship. Spanning 18 hectares across the prestigious Chablis appellations, our vineyard tells a story written in limestone, sun, and vine, with parcels ranging from youthful plantings to noble, 65-year-old vines.
Fourth-generation winemaker Denis Race and his family embrace a minimalist approach, letting the terroir speak for itself. Oak is used sparingly, and never in our signature cuvée, allowing the wine to remain sharply focused and elegantly restrained. Expect the taste of crushed oyster shells, crisp green apple, and gentle floral notes, all delivered with the classic tension and minerality that define great Chablis.
